Hey Dan,
I feel this one needs a bit more room on the right.....the boat there is a bit tight but not sure that wouldn't introduce other unwanted elements. The brightest area on the left is keeping my eye there and a GND filter turned sideways or diagonally may have helped you out with that. I do think yo ucan tone it down a bit more and get away with it. I might go with a bit more crop off the bottom to an even stronger pano.....just above the mast and then try selectively lightening the boats.....just to bring some more depth to the scene. These aren't major tweaks....just some to put the finishing touches on the image.

Really serene mood here Dan but something just was missing at first glance, I think Roman's suggestions will take this up a notch? :2

Dan - I like how you captured the calmness and glasslike water. Good suggestions by Roman.

Rachel

Thanks for the comments.
I took a lot of photos at the time, 7 am in the bay.
The fog was rolling in and out, up and down, very quickly and the sun was up and piercing the fog at times.
It made for great light but challenging.
The left side is in the fog and the sunlight, the right side out of the fog.
I will work on some others, good suggestions, Thanks.
