My first post in this forum.

Early morning, Tower Creek in Yellowstone NP

Nikon D300, 70-200 f/2.8 @ 70mm
ISO 400, f/8, 1/80

Comments and suggestions appreciated!

Nice photo, I would maybe crop a bit off the top and saturate a bit more to punch it up a bit.

The comp is very nice with the tower mimicking the trees. A bit of contrast might make it punchier, but maybe it was misty at the head of the falls. Makes me want to walk into the rugged scene.

Hey Maureen,
Nice to see you in here! I know the area....so I wouldn't bump the contrast to lose the mist. I might take the suggestion and take up the color a bit....but not too much either. I think the SS you chose was good too as it kept the detail in the water because the flow looked pretty strong......so a slow SS would have made the water too milky. All in all......very well done.
