Dear All
I had tons of images of Tiger drinking water but never had sideways photo. Ranthambhore Tiger Reserve was the destination to get this shot

Tigress is T-24

D3 , 200-400/F4 at F5 , ISO 800
All C & C are most welcome

I am afraid this one doesn't work for me. Shooting angle too high, big rock on the right is too dominant, BG is also quite overpowering and there is nothing really that makes this image special IMHO.:e3

I like the drinking tiger and high view point as it's different but have to agree with Ofer on big rock as it cut out part of his body.

Great to see it in this environment (rocks I mean) I think if this was your first image of a Tiger you would be thrilled, but because of all the awesome tiger images you already have this one does not live up to the rest. Man I want to see these guys in the wild some day!:S3:

Bhai, sadly I have to agree with the above comments. No doubt I would be thrilled if this were MY tiger image, but because your others are so compelling this one doesn't speak to me as much. Still glad you posted it as every tiger image I see makes me smile :e3:t3

Nits covered. Never even seen one and must be a very special animal to photograph. Lovely detail. Well done!:S3:

Harshad,
Prefer this one to part one, I like the more profile view of the tiger. I like the contrast between the tiger's stripes and the round shapes of the rocks.
