Just making her way across the plains. I'm experimenting with some different conversions so this is just one I've tried. Basic b&w with some adjustment toning.

Sorry Hilary isn't really working for me in both terms of comp and conversion. Sadly I cannot see any advantage with the conversion and IMHO would not consider the tone/colour tint worth applying to others, as it looks a little flat IMHO with no real depth which is surprising compared to your other postings elsewhere on the forum. How does it look with you Zebra landscape toned image?

On the plus side, I like the processing and detail in the mouth where others may have struggled.:w3

Perhaps tighter crop & in colour, might be worth a punt?

Steve has summed it up nicely Hilary! I agree that the processing ito extracting detail has been done very nicely, but the toning and the framing as presented isn't quite there for me.

Would love to see the colour version with a tighter crop as mentioned. Nice to see you posting again! :e3

Hi Hilary, have to also agree with above comments on this one, looks very flat to me.
