cool dynamic pose, it seems to me that there is a slight color cast? I'd also move the bird further to the left since he is looking to the right.

Agree with Arash , on the positioning . Cant comment on the cast , as I am viewing it on an uncallibrated monitor . Lovely flying pose you have got here !
