Satish, you have captured a good pose and HA, and I like the raised crest. The light looks a bit harsh, so I would try and tone down the sheen on the bill. Comp wise, maybe taking a little off the left will improve the comp in this.

What an interesting looking bird. I do see circular swirls in the BGD. I 'm guessing that it is blurred BGD foliage. It does look unnatural to me, the BGD that is. TFS

Agre about the weird swirls in the BG. Bird appears quite oversharpened to my eye. HA is good.

Nice bird and BG - although they are suffering from oversharpening and compression artefacts, respectively. Good points by Stuart too. Although the HA is good, I'd have preferred it pointing the other way instead (away from the perch).

P.S. Keep in mind the largest you can post vertically is 800m pixels (1024 horizontal):S3:
