It was the time when many of the flamingos get together for mating and nesting. Here is a group ready for honeymoon. I was doubting a lot about the composition to have the reflection added or not. I settled with this version. CC welcome.

I like the pose from the flamingo at the back - seems like he is protecting the ones in front. Good underwing detail, and in this, I feel a horizontal may have worked better, but still placing the subjects central. Lovely colours.

These creatures are so phenomenally beautiful and graceful - I badly want to see them in the wild.

I like the angle and light. Like Stuart's and Sid's suggestions on horizontal...It would keep the scenery with the OOF flamingos in the BG and still keeping them central

Beautiful shot, Lorant. poses, colors, low angle, flamingoes in the BG, DOF...well done. If you dont like squarish crops, then yes, leaving the reflectiion is a good call. I think it will look better with some crop from bottom. Sky looks a little dull but my guess is that is how it was.

Very nice Lorant, I'm enjoying this as a vertical...and KD's suggestion is good for a crop from the bottom. I like the grey skies / sunshine look. I only wish the OOF flamingo directly behind the right bird wasn't there, but still sweet as is.

Lovely image! Vertical is the way to go IMO. I can't really see how it can be presented as a horizontal...:2

Thanks for the comments everyone. I tried horizontal and I did not like it. I would also like to see how some of you imagine the horizontal composition. I am not too keen on the square crop and I was even doubting about the 5 x 4, but I think indeed it would look good without the little bit of reflection. Dan, I agree. I don't like the OOF flamingo behind either.
