From last fall in the Adirondacks.....not peak. I was down at the waters edge but was wishing I had waders:bg3:. I am torn on this one.....because I wanted a bit more flow in the FG although I did like the way the rocks framed the scene. Thoughts?
Canon 1D Mark lll with the 17-40mm lens at 27mm for 10 seconds at f22 and ISO 100. Singh Ray Vari ND filter used to get the slow SS. Alll tripod mounted......saved at 47 quality to fit.

Hi Roman

my first initial thoughts were ., love the diagonal line of rocks, agree about more flow in water. would crop a little from top...

Hi Roman, Generally you will show flow when there is something breaking the water. In this case not much in the immediate foreground enabling that effect. The flow is shown nicely in the balance of the image. I like the way it's framed and I could take or leave a small crop from the top.
I know your images are sharp but in this case the overall looks slightly soft to my eyes.

Roman, I would leave it as is. It is composed very nicely.

Roman - I too like the way the rocks frame the scene. Beautiful composition.

Awesome colours and use of the filters here ! I think that it is well balanced and tree line colours add to overall composition . Works as is !:c3:

I would leave it as is, I think you have gotten everything you can out of the scene. Nice job!

Roman, I also would take some of the top.
The rocks do frame it nicely, although I would prefer some movement in the water.
The brights look fine, but the dark water at the bottom just looks dark.
The light, especially on the right side is beautiful.
