Hello Guys,

I wonder if anyone is using an application for Iphone 4 as a field guide? I am looking at Ibird Pro or Sibley, but the reviews are mixed.

Any suggestion?
Cheers,

I use two Audubon guides for Birds, Mammals, Trees and Wildflowers combo and iBird plus...Like them both...both have their strengths and weaknesses....if birds were my only interest, iBird plus would be fine...but the other comes in quite handy for other things as well

I have bought both Ibird Pro and Sibley, but I find I use Sibley 90% of the time, as I like his drawings for ID better than the photos in Ibird, I like the ability to compare the same view of 2 different species on the same screen, and the samples of vocalizations are equally good in both. The Birdipedia section in Ibird is very nice, but you can get the same info from Wikipedia or Google from the Iphone anyway.

iBird Pro (just updated yesterday) and Sibley are my two favorites. Peterson isn't bad either.
