Nothing to add here, this is a beautiful shot. My favorite so far of your Orioles. Love the view and the look back. TFS!

This is a great shot! The pose and background are great. And at 1/200sec you did a great job getting it sharp.

Great shot Jim! Nice Bokeh and especially like the way the branch parallels the tail feathers and then almost mimics the curvature of the chest - really pulls you into the image. Tack sharp on the bird itself plus bird pose, catch light and head position.

Beautiful bird, faithfully presented. You were risking it at 1/200 but obviously did all right. I'm supposing then that the BG is not a poster.

The BG is natural Craig and thanks for the comments.

Sharp with lovely eye contact. A bit big in the frame for my tatse and some of the yellow looks a bit bright but still nice.

Jim, I have loved this series. The only thing that comes to my mind is that as long as you have such regular cooperative birds, maybe start trying for some prettier perches.

Thanks for thr comments Grace. All these images were done in one week. I gathered a variety of perches and looked for hours in the woods. These were the best that I could get. I wanted some with moss on them but no luck. I have some images coming up with buds and flowers on them. I am glad you are enjoying the series.
