We were lucky to spot his nest and silently observed him feeding his young ones. The pair restlessly looked for food all through out the time we stood there. One of those busy moments captured when the male was heading for the nest. Wish I didn't clip his tail :(

Wow, beautiful details there. I too wish that the tail was there.

Superb, really like this, like the slight head turn and catch. One can add in the tail, this is easy to do. It would be well worth the effort IMO TFS:cheers:

Sharp with plenty of detail, I do wish the shooting angle was a little better and that you had not clipped the tail.

Exposure and details are there, and the meal is a bonus item...nice. I wish the angle wasn't as steep, and of course the clipped tail is bummer. I also wish you had pointed your camera a bit more to the left. Beautiful gradient BG.

I'm not familiar with this species, where was it photographed?

Thank you everyone for your comments.

@ Daniel - This one was taken in India almost a year back.
