This is a view of the 450 yr plus old Udaipur City.
I just mapped the location for kicks and a bird's eye view of the location can be found here :S3:

Shreyas,

You did well capturing the claustrophobic look of the city. It would have been nice to not have the tree in the FG lower right as for me this breaks up that too tight look of the buildings.

I would suggest cloning to just below you name. That intensifies the claustrophobic look are removes the less colorful BG from the image

Hi Shreyas, Agree with Robert's point regarding the tree and I think he meant cropping and not cloning the upper area. Even though the image doesn't have a center of interest I find it a very interesting image to view. I can't help but viewing the buildings and being fascinated at the forms of architecture. After seeing them I would love to make a photographic study of them...

Hey Shreyas,
If you can revisit this area with a bit more dramatic light.....to give the buidlings a bit more depth and implement some of the suggestions above in the field.....this can be a very dramtic scene! You may also consider sacrificing some SS and adding it to the DOF for maximum depth

Thanks everyone for the suggestions.

@ Roman, true, all of the advice would surely help to make better decisions in the field. This picture was shot is harsh afternoon light though, which I toned down a bit during post-production.
@ Robert, Harshad & Dave, I'll try the crop suggestions out, including the elimination of the tree, but personally not a big fan of cloning :w3

The location from which I've take this picture is a 400 yr old Palace, and you'd be surprised to find a stark difference between this urban scene as shown Vs the old "Mewar" architecture. Check the space for more shots of the area!
