Another from my local lakeshore in April. This is the only Warbler species (perhaps aside from Yellow-rumps) that is fairly plentiful here in the Spring that doesn't limit itself to the treetops. Removed a foreground twig; otherwise just NR, crop and USM. C&C appreciated.

BG seems a bit busy , but I know all too well that these birds seldom give a clear shot. i like the comp. on this and the color is outstanding. love the detail and light as well.

Bill, excellent exposure and sharpness. terrific pose as well. I am fine with the BG...without setups, it is hard to get these guys on clean BGs. I'd prefer the bird a tad higher in the frame.

The BG doesn't bother me in this capture but the lack of HA does. I would like to see the bird's head turned just a tad more toward you so that the viewer has more of a connection with the subject. You have great details here, lovely light and your exposure is on the money.

I can never get enough of these little guys. BG is busy but real life dictates the environment. Good exposure. My monitor shows a bit of a green cast but no one else has mentionned this so it might be me!

Really like the color and sharpness of the bird. A little bothered by the BG but certainly he is in his natural habitat. TFS.

Like everything about this one wishing only that the bird's head was on straight.....
