An early in the morning shot??
The Damselflies kind of have a ghostly aspect to them or at least spiritual.
The opposing poses and positioning of them seems perfect to me.
The bottom brownish areas do draw my eye a bit and if mine I would be tempted to at least crop to just above the one in LRC.
Lovely photo.

Very nice, Thijs. Dew drops are great and the bend in the stalk adds interest to the composition.

A very cool image Thijs! The damselflies are positioned in an interesting manner, you got both in sharp focus, the slight diagonal on the stem makes a nice comp, and the water droplets add a lot to the image. The reddish areas at the bottom are not contributing to the image and I think your image would be stonger if you removed them. :S3: Well done.

Hey Thijs,
Agree with removing the OOF brownish area and excellent technique and position to get the DOF just right. I may go a hir lighter overall.....but all in all an excellent job!
