Nice in its' simple design. Good head turn, perch, and background. I wouldn't minded you pointing the lens a little lower to place the bird a bit higher in the frame with a bit more perch showing.

Kim, very nice clean shot....well exposed, alert pose, sufficient DOF and sharp. agree with subject placement suggestion by Daniel.

Overall, a very nice shot with a great BG. You have a nice HA, nice light and the perch works well as do colors together.

Kim, Everything above. I will add, and something I always tell my workshop participants, if the subject is tall in the frame as it is here, think vertical.
