I know the BG is not ideal , but I liked the way the sidelight illuninated the Egret and the scene. This pair was content to just sit and react to each other. It seemed as if they were getting ready to build a nest.

This capture is quite unique. I like the side lighting and the poses of the pair. You made the environment work for you here. The birds stand out even though the BG is busy. Not so sure about the crop. I think it needs some on the bottom for the right bird's virtual feet.

Beautiful side light. Love the exposure on the whites. Love the interaction. It is a busy BG but I still like it. Agree about more room on the bottom.
