Dear All

Made this in Kaziranga with D300 , 200-400 at 200mm , Laying down on stomach ( of course breaching laws :bg3::bg3::bg3: ) , ISO 400 at F7.1
These are lovely turtles you can see and the best part is that they are away from the pet trade as for now.
All C & C are most welcome

Hey Harshad, the Nikon is really making these images sing. :cheers:

Personally I feel it's a little too big in the frame, would like to have seen the right leg in too, [I]as you view it[,/I] with a hint more space top & to the RHS. Like the jaunty angle and 'mush' bottom LH corner, as it really suits it IMHO. Light looks quite bright though.

fantastic angle and DOF Bhai...loving that lens! :bg3:

agree with Steve on the RHS foot (the turtle's left), would have loved to see it in the frame too

I also find the point of view great! I might be inclined to darken the shell though.

Harshad,

For me this is a little close, but at least I now know what is called:bg3:

Harshad,

This is just not working for me. The angle that the turtle is at is awkward, it is too close and cutting the feet and I do not like the OOF FG on the left and center. Harsh light is also not helping here.

another vote for a tad to close, but the face is nice and sharp!

Hi Harshad I like the POV and your approach to the image, brings us right into the Turtles world. I might even consider a slice off the top for a more intimate image. TFS.
