Hi Dan,The light is playing beautifully against the clouds and also causing a pleasing reflection. Some folks may like the bigger sky but I feel the pano crop strengthens the image and accentuates the clouds.

Dan, I like Dave's pano crop and would suggest that myself! :w3

Next time, or perhaps you did, go for a longer shutter speed and totally smooth out the water for a different affect. A 6 to 9 stop ND filter will be required.

Hey Dan,
Yep.....Dave's pano would have been the way I would have went.....unless you had more sky with dramatic clouds! I like Robert's idea of the ND filter too.....a good investment for just such situations.
