Small branch protruding about 1cm into the frame in the BRHC so I cloned it out! Comments and crits appreciated:S3:

Dumay:

Nicely exposed, sharp, like the dangling feet. Pretty good location for the far shoreline to cut across bird.

The body is clearly angled towards us, but I keep getting the impression he is looking away a bit.

I might consider a very modest lightening of the darker patches in the background, esp. right above the head. You could very lightly overspray them with the color of the brown grasses, to soften them.

Cheers

Randy

Terrific wing position and pose. The two-tone background works OK since just the feet dangle into the lower portion. Ditto Randy's comments about the dark spots.

Thanks guys...The BG is pretty uneven, but changing shooting angle was not an option. HA looks parallel to me. The BG is Savannah and Accacia bush...I will try your suggestions when I am back on my own computer and repost:S3:

Great landing pose mate, and overall, well exposed too. Sharpness looks good, and Im glad the intersection of the far bank was across the legs. Well placed in the frame too.
