rufous browed flycatcher

Sharing an image of this little flycatcher which inhabits the tropical forest and only rarely ventures into the open. This one did so I think to distract the photographers from finding her chick which was calling loudly nearby! Your comments please.

I am not sure why this photo has no comments.

The little bird is nicely separated from rain forest and in an excellent pose.

Well exposed in what were very tough shooting conditions and the perch is perfect.

There may be a bit of green cast which is understandable given the location.

BG looks fine although I am curious if this is natural ie straight from camera or did you blur it?

Nice perch and pose. Pretty good detail for such a high ISO and relatively slow shutter speed. That said, I might selectively sharpen the head a little more. I also might darken the BG in the right half of the frame a bit.

A cute little bird with a complementing background. The eye is pretty big and I like that nice glitter in the eye. I am glad it's not a uniform background. The pattern on the upper right side is pretty good.

What a pretty little bird this is...and I love the BG! Although minor I would eliminate the small pale triangle in LLC. Excellent image, I like it alot.:S3:
