Used the same image of the Texas Skyline and gave it the vintage look and added a wooden frame using fotosketcher 2.10. Thanks Chris for the inspiration.
Tried this a few ways but settled on sepia color and red frame.

Paul, I like the sepia choice for this and the composition. Nice job on the aging. The frame is screaming Texas!!:S3:

There's that landscape I fell in love with a few days ago! I have to say...this is one of those rare times where you won me over with the addition of a frame. It really sets off the whole "Texas" theme and adds a great contrast to the sepia.
