Impressive wingspan captured here, and overall, the exposure looks good. I like the feather detail, especially on the fanned tail, ( although a bit scraggy :w3 ) His smallish catch a bonus. I would maybe tone down the brighter areas in the BG.

Simply awesome in my book!!! Love that the bg has a perfect blend of blur and still maintains detail with interest giving a sense of place.

Fantastic wingspread. Just a wee bit tight in the frame for me, and I agree that some of the white spots could be toned down or eliminated, but I like the backgorund overall. I thoguh the image's colours were dull (especially the talons)...I gave it a hefty +30 boost in saturation, then another (less agressive) round to just the talons.

Thanks Daniel. I agree that my original image is a bit dull but your version is too much warm/saturated compared to the original shooting conditions, maybe something in between?

Excellent pose and the fish is a bonus, it looks a bit soft in both original and repost, I would selectively sharpen the bird with a fine radius for better pop.
