Good looking bird. The eye is nice and sharp, and there's good detail in the far wing. While the look-back pose is nice, the position of the near wing really detracts from the overall image.

Kmm, good job with AF and details are excellent. Good composition.

As Doug said, the near wing position really hurts this shot. That and the bird flying away. I am seeing a halo around the far wing.

If mine, I'd try brightening the sky a bit.
