Don:

Superb wing and tail spread with excellent underwing illumination in most areas.

Nice shooting angle on bird. Might do a bit of subtle shadow work on the birds right eye/face, if not already done.

Nesting material adds.

I might try a crop with the bird a bit higher in the frame.

nice incoming pose and nesting material is a bonus, I may be wrong but looks like the light angle was not ideal and the left part of the body was originally in the shade which. Lifting up the shadows has caused quite bit of noise and taken away from feather definition.

Don, great moment there, love this kind of image. I feel it is over sharpened just a tad.

This is an image with a good looking subject, sharp (not over sharp on my monitor) and well exposed.
The wing position is outstanding with nice feather detail (other than the tips as Arash mentioned). Nesting material adds interest.

I feel that it would be a stronger composition with the Osprey higher in the frame.
