Classic and well made.
I like the way we can see the bird standing on this branch full of spines.

Sharp throughout with a nice pose and perch. I usually prefer the bird a little higher in the frame for these types of vertical shots. Don't forget that you can post verticals at 800 pixels tall. :S3:

Beautiful bird, and I love the delicate perch. Wish the angle wasn't as steep. The light angle coming from the left as rendered the body in shadow, but at least the HA you got here made the face nicely lit by the light. Lots of flash would have helped IMO. I agree with Doug about the comp.
