One of the nesting pair which have taken up residence on a local beach. From the amount of nesting pair seen , it looks like a good year for the Osprey.

Joe:
I like the subtle clouds, exposure, sharpness.
Excellent display of the far wing, tail.
I would prefer the near wing a bit more open/up.
Sounds like you should have some more opportunities.
What camera and lens?
Cheers

I can see five fairly large dust bunnys in this shot and it looks like there was some cloning done at the tail feathers as I can see a slight tail feather shadow just left of the tail feather. I agree with Randy that the exposure, sharpness and subtle clouds are very nice.

Joe,
Dust bunnies at F4 - time to clean the sensor:t3.
Nice sharp image, well exposed with a very nice specimen.
I also like the sky this Osprey was photographed in.
IMO a warmer color temp and the Osprey looking at the viewer would make this an even stronger image.
