A different perspective of the Chicago skyline from Buckingham Fountain. :w3 Don't try to find the skyline :2 ... but that is what the original was. :w3

Modification in CS4 and Topaz included; Zoom Blur, Flip, Selective Color, Vibrance & Saturation, Hue & Saturation, Adjust and Infocus.

Mark, it almost looks like a Rorschach test. A fun effect that has a 3D-like look to it. The black frame is very smart - looks nice. Very creative.

Here is the original as shot, for your viewing pleasure. It was rotated 90 degrees and then also flipped to get the final image. Bottom of the original is therefore the vertical center of the final image as shown.
