One image from this evening, owl was attracted using Jim Neiger's call technique. light conditions were tough but we manged some flight shots. Hope you like it.

Nicely done, Arash. Love the high key effect, the wing position and the head angle. You handled the tough light conditions well. Do you have room to move him further up in the frame?

Awesome pose, sharp with great detail. BG is not great but still a lovely image. ISO 3200...!!!:eek:

Excellent full downward wingstroke and excellent IQ with the high ISO. I too would prefer the owl a bit higher in the frame.

This turned out nicely for ISO3200 Arash. Love the HA and wing pose.

Good job working under challenging conditions.

Like the full forward wing position. Do wish the head was clear of the rear wing, but probably not possible from this angle.

This shot really demonstrates how wide their wings are.

We had a great time with that Barred Owl. You handled the low light very well. Love the wing position and the detail!

Arash, I'll second the others. The high-key works well for me here, and it looks like you handled the low light very well. A bit more room below wouldn't hurt but I don't think it's a dealbreaker.
