Very excited to get this White Faced Ibis approaching full breeding plumage at the local lake.
(Thanks to Dan Brown for ID) However, in a rush, I underexposed and it was a bit OOF. So, decided to see how I could salvage the image OOTB style. ACR, PP, Topaz DeNoise & Clean, and PB Oil.

Very nice, Brendan! I like the silky smooth processing. Reminds me of Avitar. :S3:

Hey, Brendan, this is really cool - I like the metallic look to it. Could you reveal a little of the eye? On second thought, I like it the way it is:S3:

Brendan, I would love to see the original eye. This is awesome. The metallic colors look fluid.:S3:

Here it is with the original eye...

Now that you guys mentioned it, it does have a metalic look, and I was also thinking kind of satin or silk

Wow, I love this Brendan. The silky look to the bird, the colors, the background, everything!

Revealing the eye helped alot. Perfect use of PB. The birds are "metallic" looking anyway, and breeding colored WF ibis are one of my favorite subjects, and proper exposure is tough. regards~Bill
