Savannah Sparrow?

Looks more like a song sparrow to me. This is a darker sparrow than the Savannah sparrow.

I'd call it a Song Sparrow. The markings looking much too thick and bold for Savannah, the bill isn't on the slim and pointy side, and the tail is not notched.
