BG is a saturated print of some blurred grass. Shot indoors with east facing window light.
Cropped, contrast, a little cleanup on the flower.

Another from the tiny wildflowers file. This flower was 7mm across.

Wow, 7mm, that is tiny. Looks good Ken, nice clean & simple with good contrast, and I like the lime green BG.

Great example of using what is available for a nice image. :-)

Love the colors here--unusual blue and unusual green go nicely together. Simple flower and simple presentation go well together. It is fun to see this little flower large.

I'm wondering about brightening the center of the flower a bit to draw attention there and create a bit more depth. If it were mine I'd be adding textures, but that won't fly on this forum. :w3

I look forward to seeing more of the flowers blooming around you. Maybe I'll go out and get a little flower to photograph!

Hi Ken. This is a very nice view of this tiny flower. I like the simple comp, the even light, and the green background. You did well with the very limited DOF at this close distance, though I'm wondering if you might coax just a bit more sharpness out of the blue petals? Overall, this is well done.
