Nice scene, good profile pose - very majestic. I find the image slightly overexposed...reducing the midtones will likely do wonders to your image. You'll likely need to revisit the raw file to prevent the whites on the face from clipping. Just a wee bit tight - if this is full-frame would you have been able to back up a couple of steps?

Daniel Thanks for your comments.
How do i adjust the midtones in LR 3???
yes it is FF, i should have gone a couple of steps back, next time i would do that, anyway i could crop.

You're welcome.

In LR3 I'd first try the overall exposure slider, perhaps - 1/3 or so. For the clipped whites you'll then want to use the recovery slider and perhaps in conjunction with the highlights slider. If that doen't work out well for the midtones you can fiddle with the darks/shadows sliders.

Good idea in backing up and composing looser...another advantage for doing so is that you then have room to crop to different aspect ratios (e.g 8 x 10 or 5 x 7 ) without making the subject even tighter or non-fitting in the frame.
