Vivaldo, what a shot. loved the cleanliness in FG-BG, low angle, the feet out, the water splashes, angle, light...beautifully done. Action shots at such low angle aren't easy. This is quite stunning.

Composition-wise, I'd prefer it a bit lower in the frame and some more room to take off into...some crop from below and canvas on top and right.

Very nice "lift-off" image with the water dripping of the feet. Repost is better, but could still have a bit more room at the top. Wing tips and underneath the wings looks little noisy. Great image.

Hi Vivaldo, your repost works well. Great timing, and I like the trailing water around the legs and feet. Lovely clean water BG. Well captured.

Fantastic image! I prefer the original post as I feel composition is more effective. Just a matter of taste really.

Vivaldo, I like the repost but after looking at both, I see a the merit in the OP too. With more room below the bird, it seems to be shot from a lower angle making it a tad more intimate. Eitherway, a great shot.

Beautiful light, great action and good detail especially the water flowing off the feet. Well captured Vivaldo. I would be happy with either of the posts.

The water trailing off the feet makes this one extra special. The blue is of a particularly pleasing shade. Very strong image!

Excellent pose and details, I really like the original as it accentuates the size of this massive bird.

Vivaldo, another good shot showing what can be done with that teleconverter on the 600mm Nikkor lens. This forum proves its usefulness once again.
