Barnegat Jetty, a couple of months ago
I liked the little bit of seaweed on it's bill and the way it looked like it was on the edge of the rocks.

Beautiful Denise. The rock perches, from images I have seen, are really nice at that Jetty.
The bird looks great and I rally like the tone of the BG water. Did you do anything to the water in PP?

Peter, I didn't do anything to the water in post processing. I imagine there was plenty of white water in the background.:S3:

Denise:

The soft illumination helped give nice even lighting on the bird. I like the perch, gives a real sense of the place. Well exposed, good HA.

Lovely soft light Denise, and I do like how he is perched on the edge of the rock. The seaweed on the rock adds interest. Lots of space to look into.:w3

Great image Denise. The green seaweed makes the image for me, and gives it "color"!
