Glossy Ibis in Flight - Topside POV

Captured this image this morning at Harns Marsh. Great light. Although I caught both the up and down wing positions well in other frames, I preferred this topside POV against this BG. The light was perfect to bring out that iredescent sheen on the Glossy Ibis.

Canon 1dM4, 600mm f4, ISO 400, 1/2000, f/4, manual, Gitzo 3 series with Wimberley head.

Amazing colours in the bird and you have captured them extremely well.

It could be me and/or my laptop, but I wonder if a bit more detail is available with a touch of sharpening. Photo is sharp, but I wonder if there is more available.

Great BG and killer light. The fact that he's slightly angled away from you here doesn't hurt at all but helps give you that great top view.

Was great meeting you as well Denise! Hope you all got some great images that morning! Harns is a good location, and not very well known yet. The birds there aren't as acclimated to people as in other locations around here.

To everyone else, thanks for your responses. This bird was actually turning to come toward me whenI captured this image (although body is angled slightly away here). I could definitely sharpen it more if needed, but I always stay on the conservative side when it comes to sharpening.
