Wildlife Refuges Draft Proposal

The US Fish & Wildlife Service has a new website about wildlife refuges. It includes a draft proposal for future plans for wildlife refuges. It invites comments from the public on the draft proposal,which is quite large. It also requests proposals from the public for their ideas, which are listed and you can vote on. One listed idea you can vote on, is for a photography permit, akin to a hunting permit, which would allow photographers to go off road. You must register for the site and logon to vote.
