I like the pose and the exposure of the bird.

If I had to make one suggestion, I would suggest cloning out the greenery to the right. It makes me feel like the composition is unbalanced by the expanse of negative space on the left side of the image. I'd then suggest cropping with the bird somewhere around 2/3 to the right of the screen, with plenty of space to look into.

Nice shot overall!

Lovely light over the bird and the greenery adds to the compo

Rakesh, hi, the stonechat is hot and brittle, but the details seem to be there, so if you started over again in the RAW converter you could bring back some of colors while maintaining sharpness. I myself would not remove the greenery in the shot as cropped above; it's too large an element in the photo. But other crops are possible. In a vertical crop, the amount of greenery remaining is much less and is therefore more easily removed. I also did what I could with your colors, though I had only the jpeg to work with.

Beautiful Rakesh, if this were mine I'd go for a vertical crop.

Thanx for the vertical crop , Craig . The above was a FF image that I had intended to capture with the plant . I also have an image which is clean .
