Shot taken at Viera Wetlands this past weekend. I usually would have tried lower angle but was at the bank at the min focus distance. Hope you like it.

Way cool with a good EXP. Great seeing the eye. When you look at the front of the bird, it looks as if it needs a big CCW rotation. When you look at the rear of the bird, it looks level. Perhaps because the bird was angled away from you....

Great detail. I'm assuming that's a shadow along the lower back of the bird?
Did you clone something out at the top left or is that just the water?
Good point by Artie, it's great that you can see the eye.

Alvan, the shadow was from the tall vegetation that was in btw the subject and the sun behind me.
No cloning was applied in this shot, that was the water.
