Thought this might be a fitting image for today. A pair of Arrow -marked Babblers photographed in Botswana a while back. Normally quite noisy these two were quietly snuggled up in a bush. Had to remove some intefering twigs especially one that was in front between the birds. Also had to do some eye work on the left bird.

Hi Pieter, I like the opposite poses, and of course, the cocked tail adds interest. Good choice of aperture to get the tail in your DOF range, and it also stands out nicely against the clean BG. Yet another species I need to point my lens at.:w3

Nice and sharp with good depth of field on these love birds. The complimentary background adds to the warm feel. Great PS work..... I would have never known.

Nice image of a species I don't think I've seen. Good and sharp with nice exposure. Well done.
