Another image of the BC hawk owl, was perched in a low tree (~8' tall) and made a pass in front of us. May tone down the urc.

Todd, Super (eye level) capture! Maybe boost the white a bit - Bob

Wow - nice catch. He looks like he was going reallly fast when you caught this. well done and I like the little bit of wing tip blur.

superb timing and composition. Nicely frozen in flight.

Was this with a tripod or handheld ?? Sharp where it needs to be , the blur near the wingtip gives you that sense of motion . One heck of a shot !!

I think I actually like this over the one you have here, b/c the slight motion makes it a little more dynamic.

Nice eye contact and wing position. Downward flight position and wing blur give a real sense of speed.

Great inflight capture Todd, and I like the diving angle. Blending in the URC will work. Well captured.

Excellent diving pose captured Todd, sharp with good detail in the plumage and head.

Hey Todd,
Really like the angle and I agree with toning down of the URC. Pose and eye level......make this work for me!
