Took this one in Manatee County. Used a Canon EOS-5 with 300 2.8 lens with 2X Canon Teleconverter, Fujichrome Provia 100, shot at 1/250 at f8.

Love the composition, colors, sharpness, catch light. It appears some work may have done to the background behind the bird's head, and it detracts a little from the shot. It needs to be smoothed out just a little bit. It's a true talent to be able to catch the little ones. I am envious.

Nice image, good exposure and the Bg is nice.

There are some processing problems, there is visible noise and some haloing around the birds head.

Masking out the branch in the corner is a 5 second job that would improve the image also.

Thanks for the comments..

This is a scanned 35mm slide that I have done no computer work on. I took three rolls of images of this little fellow over two days..

Robert: Thanks for your suggestions. I will work on this image in Photoshop.
