A juvenile Sandhill Crane found its way to a local park here in San Francisco Bay. It was quite unaware of most people and was busy eating and had its head down most of the time. It allowed for some REALLY close pictures!

* Exposure Time 1/1600 second

* ISO Speed Ratings = 200
* Exposure Bias (EV) = 0

* Focal Length = 700 mm
* White Balance = auto (0)

Conrad;

Love the detail in the eye, talk about eye contact!

The mud and grass tell you he has been busy feeding.

Excellent detail.

What camera were you using?

Cheers

Randy
