Taken a few weeks back as this view really shows the nice markings on this beautiful
bird this plumage is its non breeding in a few months time the head will turn orange
as we head into spring.

A real beauty James. That bank angle allowed full depth bird in focus. Plus you got the nice eye catch and terrific sharpness. I wonder if a bit of NR, especially in the ULC might reduce the slight grainy appearance.
