I'm looking from a laptop but don't see much detail in the whites? Will let others comment Not sure if this was a repeating situation or not but would like seeing the bird more into the grass The shore is bisecting the bird's head Love the feel !!! Excellent image !!!!

Very lovely pose and I love the forward motion of the wings Andy but I do agree with Alfred that there is not too much detail visible in the whites. The light appears to have been a tad harsh. Nicely framed and a good horizon. thanks for sharing Andy.

Lovely light and pose. I agree with Al. A little more sharpening will enhance the image even more.
