Such an evil looking pose. I would have liked to have got the legs in the shot. However I remember concentrating too much on getting the eye in focus and waiting for a decent HA.
Any CC would be great. I love getting an objective view on images I have become too close to see issues with.

p.s. Should I add a catch-light?

I would say perfect exposure and wouldn't add a catchlight as all the detail is there in the eye to be seen. Great image.

No catch light needs to be added IMO, you want those beautiful teal eyes to stand on their own. I would go in and selectively brighten them up a bit so that they pop a bit more.

Good advice above about the catchlight. The reason we like catchlights is that it makes what can often be a very dark and indistinct, yet important area, standout. That is never a problem with the eyes on this bird.
I would venture to say that any of the birds with really dramatic eyes will do fine without a distinct catchlight.
