Great detail and I like the comp, your WB seems on the cool side, the blacks/grays look bluish to me.

I agree with Chad about the blue.

Like the detail you've captured, along with the nice sense of habitat. I agree with the others about the blue cast, but that should be easy to fix. I might redo the crop to remove the light feathers in the rust-colored ones on the right of the frame.

Hi Bryan , love this image, tack sharp, the colours are beautifully exposed and the inclusion of the habitat completes the image nicely.

I re-worked the image. I agree it was a bit too blue. I also re-cropped based on Doug's suggestion.

Can't see the original post for some reason but the repost is fabulous. Beautifully exposed, very sharp, superbly composed and the reflection in the eye is what makes it for me...

Very very nice image :)
For me the DOF is perfect, nice and sharp and the included habit takes it up a notch.
