Pintails are my favorite ducks and you have a nice capture here , while a little bit more of a head turn would have been nice since it is parallel its not a real minus for me. I would be tempted to crop a bit from the bottom and left to make the duck a little larger in the frame.

Nice profile image. Nice low angle and clean surroudings. I agree to making the duck larger in the frame. I also wish for a better hue to the water's colour - here I masked off the subject (except for bill) and applied the "Cooling filter (80)" at 20%.

Mital, nice low angle, exposure and sharpness. Playing with the blue hue will certainly help...and am sure you will get some shots from close range :-)
