Backyard setup ... these are very shy around here ... the least motion and they are gone. I was set for a vertical and wouldn't you know it, he posed almost horizontally !! So I barely got his tail in the frame.

Cloned out some snow flakes in the air and on the bird's head, repaired a broken spot on the upper left hand branch.

Nice use of off-camera flash. Exposure looks good. Head angle and eye contact are also good. The clone work on the branch needs a little TLC; some repeating patterns are evident. I might add some canvas on the left. And I might selectively sharpen the head a little.

I agree with Doug, and also think you should give more space in the left side.
