Nothing special here. Just a Blue Goose from the Bosque. A tight crop to highlight the detail in the bird.

Doug, this is excellent. Well exposed, sharp with perfect angle and BG. I am fine with tightness as there is enough room in front IMO. Liked the wing position too. Nice view of both sides of the wings.

Doug:

Perhaps the bird isn't unique, but you did a good job of showing him off. Like the IQ, angle in frame, blue at the top of the BG, gives me a sense of him climbing out of a valley.

Cheers

Doug, looks pretty special from here. I like the flying angle and posture, and overall well exposed and sharp. Somehow, the hint of blue sky in the in BG really adds to the image. Well captured.

The flat wings are great, as is the clear leading edge curve from both above and below. The strength of the bird really shows.

Perfect wing position, exposure, and sharpness as expected! The comp works fine here, but I would probably opt for a looser crop on the master file.

Well done!!

Lovely flight pose and the goose is nicely separated from the BG. Very good image.

It is pretty much the defacto bird in flight shot. As I have said many times in the past, I still can't get over how a person can hand hold such a rig. You are the Jimi Hendrix of photography.

You are the Jimi Hendrix of photography.

Now that's quite a compliment!
