Wow lovely photo.

A very nice head shot with lots of detail.

It seems a bit tight on bottom and perhaps a bit off each side, particularly the left might be nice as well.

Hi Carlo, you're off to a great start at BPN with another nice bug close-up! The light looks good and this is sharp where it needs to be sharp. I would consider cropping a very small amount from the left side. Well done! :)

Hey Carlo,
Another very nice one indeed!!! Sharp where it needs it.....and I too would like a little more room on the bottom (not much!) and also think the crop off the left is something you should explore! All in all....very nicely done!!!

Hi Carlo. A beautiful image! I like the diagonal comp and the head-on view of the wasp/hornet. With the front legs raised and the mandibles open it looks ready for action. Good sharpness where it needs it, nice lighting, and a clean background. I'm OK with the crop, as presented, though a bit more room at the bottom would be nice and a slice off the left would also work well as an alternative. Well done - and keep them coming.

Carlo, it's great to see you posting. Lovely insect portrait! I'd also vote to take a small bit off the left side. Love the turn of the camera creating that beautiful diagonal...very nicely exposed as well.
